Mishall Afzal is the Co-founder and CTO of TalkingSchema. She leads product engineering and system architecture — designing and shipping the AI pipeline, interactive ERD canvas, real-time streaming infrastructure, live database connections, and the export surfaces that ship alongside the canvas and copilot.

Mishall specializes in building performant, reliable interfaces for complex AI-assisted workflows. Her work spans the full stack: the LangGraph multi-node agent that drives Plan Mode, the React Flow canvas that renders and persists your schema, and the FastAPI backend that ties it all together. She focuses on making AI outputs feel precise and controllable rather than opaque and unpredictable.
